The Florida Hometown Heroes Housing Program makes homeownership affordable for eligible community workforce.

• Borrower(s) must be employed full-time by a Florida-based employer and work 35+ hours per week. Certain exceptions may apply to veterans.
• Borrowers must intend to occupy the property as their primary residence within 60 days of closing.
• Minimum 640 FICO for all loan types
• Must be a first-time homebuyer OR has not owned a property in the last 3 years (this also applies to all co-signers).
